"Very clean room, bathroom ( that is most important) , very helpful and polite staff, good varity of brekfast - enough for morning meals, all meal - very good quality , location is unbeateble, very can walk to the old town by foot , if you need the transportation you can find S-bahn, U-bahn , trams and basses in walking distance 50-100m, you can reach Messe Munich in 30-40 min by U-bahn"
